They look nice and work well.
I use this for sugar for my coffee. I bought these to replace an old one that did not seal well. I like the style, it keeps moisture out and my sugar doesnât clump. Thatâs all you need. I would buy these again.

It’s glass and packing sufficient. I feel Ball Wide Mouth rubber seals will work in these if plastic ring is objectionable. It’s perfectly clear, glass is better.

Cute and functional, but very overpriced.
These are cute little jars with perfectly functional lids and latches.. However, one small detail makes me feel they’re not the ultimate (besides the price, which is like 8x the price that Ikea or WallyWorld sells them for).. They’re terrific for storing dry goods, but I was actually hoping to use them mainly for things like pickled onions, pickled eggs, etc, and that involves pouring near-boiling liquid into the jar.. This product page does say they’re made of borosilicate glass, so they theoretically shouldn’t have a problem with that kind of application. But my vessels came with many little bubbles within the glass, all throughout.. Probably silly of me, but because of that — thinking that the bubbles make the glass weak at those points — I’m too afraid to test these out with hot liquid for fear of shattering them..! I checked out the nearly identical jars I have from Ikea, and none of them have bubbles in the glass. So take that for whatever you think it’s worth. Because it seems like the glass is inferior to other jars I have, and because the price is SO much higher than other retailers, I’ve docked two stars.
