I ordered the 16oz glass cups as a gift. I like the modern look, and it’s a good weight. However, of the 6 cups, one of the lids was already damaged upon opening the package. Part of the bamboo was cracked through. And one of the cups has an uneven base which makes the cup unstable when setting down. Is there a way to exchange just the damaged cups?

The cups are adorable and the packaging seemed sturdy. But the straws were shattered and their was broken glass throughout my package.

I am obsessed with these cups. They are thick glass so I’m not worried about them slipping out of my hand. They are durable, and are very esthetically pleasing. I will definitely be buying these again as gifts for friends and family.

Don’t worry, they’re not gonna break when you wash them! After completely obliterating another whole set of glass cups, I needed something sturdier. These are perfect. I love all of the different patterns. I haven’t had any issues with moldy lids. Absolutely worth your money.
