I ordered the 16oz glass cups as a gift. I like the modern look, and itâs a good weight. However, of the 6 cups, one of the lids was already damaged upon opening the package. Part of the bamboo was cracked through. And one of the cups has an uneven base which makes the cup unstable when setting down. Is there a way to exchange just the damaged cups?
