Tastes like good regular coffee… not decaf!
Gevalia has a secret. It is how to make a gourmet, robust, flavorful DECAF that does not have that bland watered down flavor of supermarket decafs. Get it. You will love it. A little pricey though… as opposed to Walmart 3 and 4 dollar regular cans. This is about 7 bucks a bag.

Flavorful
I was taken off caffeine because of medical drama. I was sad that I was stuck “DECAF.” But, I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and aroma that satisfied my coffee crave.

Some of the smoothest coffee out there!
This coffee makes a really rich tasting cup! Very satisfying flavor.I use decaf, so I have a few a day, no jitters.My family drinks it too. Husband gets the BIG bag of regular… Coffee can get crazy expensive, this price is on the lower side.

Delicious
My favorite ground decaf coffee. Great price too. No acidity or bitterness. Very flavorful. I prefer for making drip coffee and don’t like the pods, so this is an excellent choice for me.

Contains methylene chloride?
I used this product for about six months in an espresso machine. Love the flavor, but then I found out that it could contain over 90 parts per billion of methylene chloride as per the clean label project. I had searched to find out what method Gevalia uses to make their decaf. I found that they use the carbon dioxide method which shouldnât use any methylene chloride. So Iâm a little confused by the clean label project results. Has anyone else found similar results or verified what the clean label project has found?

Great coffee – cut package
We love this coffee. However, this shipment had three open bags they were all open at the same place. Hopefully, it’s still fresh.
