Works Great
I got this to store active dry yeast. So far, itâs perfect! It is exactly the right height for the shelf in the door of my fridge, too.It doesnât quite fit the 32oz bulk package of Red Star yeast from Costco, but I was able to put the leftover in an old, smaller jar until I go through it and just need the large one.It seems to be good quality and is airtight but doesnât snap down too hard. I also appreciate that the rubber seal is removable so I can wash it separately.

Perfect!
I needed a quality glass container for my bath salts and this is absolutely PERFECT! I donât have to worry with keeping up with the lid and a mini scoop fits nicely inside. The jar is large enough to keep a substantial supply of salts without having to worry about constantly refilling it. I cant speak on the quality of the seal as Im not using it for traditional canning but it certainly works for me.

Excelent Product
This is perfect for coffee beans or ground. I like to often change coffee flavors so this allows me to have the exact amount of ground coffee I want. The packaging was excellent and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Doesnât lock odors in but nice jar
For my purpose it wasnât good. I purchased to keep peeled onion in the fridge without odor and it did not work. I guess it permeated the rubber gasket. Had to throw it out since the gasket smelled of garlic after washing. For other purposes it is a lovely jar with a good seal.

Works Well as a Cigar Humidor
I got this jar to use as a low-maintenance cigar humidor. It works great for that. The seal and locking mechanism are airtight enough to keep in the 69% humidity from my cigar humidity packets. I monitor the humidity with a guage in the jar, and this jar keeps it constant, so I know the lockdown seal and gasket are quality. I needed something tall enough for some of my longer cigars, and this does the trick.Knowing that, this jar would probably keep many dry foods very fresh for long periods of time. Would purchase again.

Worse Purchase Ever
Very poor product. Lid seal way too hard, cannot get jar to seal. And wire lid securing mechanism bent very easily making lid closing and sealing impossible and unusable. Wire material way too soft and flimsy. Wire material too small in diameter. Do not buy! Only use for it now is to hold nuts and bolts in the garage. Not good for any food product!
