WHY DO WE ONLY ROAST ON LORINGS?
Loring roasters also benefit from a closed-loop system, meaning the process is almost entirely automatic and self-regulating. It’s no mystery that coffee starts to lose its freshness right after roasting. To combat this and extend the life of your coffee, we immediately package, nitrogen flush, and seal each bag. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that’s heavier than air, which forces flavor-stealing oxygen out before your bag is sealed tight.

Excellent Cold Brew Coffee
I’ve been experimenting with different coffee because I hadn’t found anything I liked. This is not bitter and it’s a little sweet on its own. I do a batch of cold brew and then add ice, half and half and some sweetener and I really like it. I’ve tried some drip blends as cold brew but this is much more to my taste.
