This is our founder, Tero.
He grew up in Finland on a family farm that’s been around for 13 generations. There he learned to appreciate the best off-the-beaten-track ingredients and the absolute worst puns. Tero started Four Sigmatic to share these feel-good Finnish traditions with the world.

Best coffee I have ever had.
I want to start with that I mix a little creamer in with mine but it tastes like a latte at a coffee shop I’d pay 7 dollars a cup for. It is such a treat. I used to wake up craving coffee because I was addicted to it but now I wake up wanting it because it’s so tasty. I am no longer addicted to caffeine and this coffee helped me with this. I don’t have any jitters, my gut health feels better, I’m more regular, and I feel healthier. I always make sure I have a couple extra bags on hand in case they quit making it and I don’t do that with things often. Ps i give this 6 stars out of 5 .

Does wonders for my anxiety
I was pretty skeptical that a coffee would do anything, but I actually do feel clearer and calmer when I drink this. I’ve ended up purchasing over 6 of these coffees, and I can’t live without them. I drink the focus one in the morning and then the half caff or decaf one in the afternoon. I have also tried mushroom coffee from other brands that are heavily advertised on social media, and I prefer this one. The others don’t taste as good because they’re instant coffee whereas these Four Sigmatic ones just taste like regular ground coffee. These ones are also reasonably priced and don’t lock you into a subscription.I started noticing a difference in my mood after drinking these 2-4 days in a row.

The taste is so-so so I usually add a creamer but compared to other coffee alternatives, the taste is better and I feel awake. I don’t feel the afternoon crash I get with regular coffee as well.
