Great jar, very durable, smelt like vinegar straight out of the box but nothing a quick wash wouldn’t fix. Definitely recommend, even came with a small white dry erase marker to write on it with.

Bought this to keep my sourdough in and it has been perfect. It is very easy to clean and the lid can be taken off if needed. The seal was perfect for when I needed to put my starter in the fridge. I think the cost is where it needs to be for something like this and would recommend for anyone else who has a larger amount of sourdough they are trying to keep alive.
