Love this mug!
It may not be the slim trim type but it’s my favorite! I can put soup in it and almost two hrs later it’s still very warm! I can put in some water, place it in my freezer without the cap, and i get a big ice cube to chill my water. I left it in my car, went in to shop for about two hrs! Came out to hotttt! Car! Still had ice cube in it keeping the water chilled! And in a mini van the heat was up around 110 inside! What i do like is it is wider on bottom so it sits on my side table easily and doesnt get knocked over easily . The other types that narrow down for cup holders can rattle and threaten to fall over on my little table when bumped by anyone.

Perfect Size and Lid seals great
I had to get a new coffee cup when my old QT cup bit the dust. This one is soooo much nicer! Perfect size and the lid seals great which my old cup didnât do.

I think this product is meant to test humankind
If you’re into an absurd product then this product is for you. This is a product that is an insulated mug with a lid that has no closure. I guess a good analogy would be that if you like soda with no cap or buildings with no floors then this product is for you. This mug can’t hold heat or cold or the actual liquid. It is open on the top! When I first ordered this I tried to return it because I thought the lid was broken. Normally Lids like this have little slider back and forth where you can close it. I got the next one to replace the “broken” one and lo and behold it was still the same thing and I realize this isn’t broken this is how they made this absurd product. The lid looks like it could have the attached latch that closes it. My guess is that this is a lot of broken mugs that they arec trying to sell. It’s no bargain for $1299. If it were $2.99 perhaps it could be worth it. So if you like absurd useless products buy this bug and why you’re at it buy a car with no wheels a blender with no lid and a horse with no name.Sheesh!

Great item
I have arthritis in my hands and can no longer hold a ceramic mug. This works well with hot and cold drinks.

Cup leaks with the lid on.
I wanted to replace my 16 year old 20 oz ThermoServ cup with a new one and the one I received had some manufacturing problems.1. The lid did not fit secure enough to prevent leaking. The outer rim of the lip had several rough bruised areas that may have contributed to the leak. The biggest problem was on the inside rim of the lid; it was poorly trimmed and a sliver of the plastic would fold in, causing a leak.2. Where the lip of the cup attaches to the body of the cup there was a noticeable angled gap around the perimeter. It appears that the insulating interior foam expanded enough to disrupt the seal. My old cup is flush at this junction.I tested the cup with ice-cold and temperate water, and with comfortably hot coffee. They all leaked with the lid on.Iâll wait a year or so to order a replacement ThermoServ for my non-leaking well-worn cup.I had no problem returning for a refund.

Very Cheaply Made
Not my cup of tea, not very sturdy and the liquid goes all over top of mug.

its a very good cup must get
this cup is great. I do not know how anyone can rate this cup anything less than 5 stars I have had this cup design for 35 years my brother in-law gave me 5 cups back then .he worked at a Texaco gas station.. Texaco gave them out for full tank of gas. I was down to my last cup, most of them got lost or misplaced on construction projects , I found these and ordered one WOW it is the same design so happy,, I ordered 2 more for backup some ratings are very dishonest, they don’t get water logged, no leaks etc. there is small hole above the handle this is for venting if water gets in ,, don’t put it in dishwasher , wash by hand and enjoy your ne cupJohnny D
