Outstanding coffee
I’ve been buying this for years now. It seems to nearly always be very freshly roasted, so it brews a delightful cup of coffee. Make it as robust as you like to your tastes. Never bitter, unless you brew it too strong. Honestly, I can’t imagine why anyone would say its not good, unless you have a VERY specific flavor and perhaps you love a dark roast so intense, it tastes BURNT. This is well balanced, so it may not be for everyone, but honestly I prefer it to the Blue Mountain Jamaican coffee for everyday drinking. And I DO mean everyday!

Change in quality
Something has happened and this product changed. We purchased this product well over a decade ago at our grocery and then found it years ago on Amazon. We have always loved the freshness and taste.The beans are far from expired and now smell old and overly roasted. Maybe even a moldy smell. This has been the case with our last few bags. Very disappointing.

I’ve tried many organic coffees…. this was a disappointment. The beans were not evenly roasted, lots of chaff in bottom of bag, the flavor wasn’t impressive…. my 3 stars is generous, trust and believe. There are better options. Many beand were broken or misshapen as well, it was just an unattractive bag of coffee overall.
