Pls. check out the video for unboxing deets.- High quality item and stands up to close inspection very well.- The black exterior with somewhat of a textured surface not only looks cool.. I also find that the exterior surface is less hot at 145F compared to my Breville stainless steal pitcher – given that, make sure you don’t overheat your milk though during steaming if you are conditioned to manage it by touch.- The measurements imprinted on the inside is a nice touch although I use a scale when pouring my cold milk, it may prove helpful in gauging how much to stretch the milk during steaming to have these reference points.- Easy to clean up.- I also love the look of the logo against the black finish.My only complaint – its kinda tiny! It can work but it is not quite big enough if you are steaming milk for a double-shot latte (I use 7oz milk) even though it is a 12oz pitcher, given the room needed for the whirlpool – on occasion I’ve had it slightly overflow during steaming, no biggie if its not scalding hot. I’ve mitigated this by using slightly less milk. Once you are done steaming/polishing the milk, its usually right up to the top of this pitcher – which makes any latte art ambitions tricky given the optimal angle required. I end up pouring the steamed milk into a different pitcher before pouring. This is not a limitation of this product in any way, thus I am giving it 5 stars.

Handy size, easy-to-clean finish
I have been steaming milk in ceramic and stainless steel pitchers for years and years. I found that the ceramic pitchers “steal” heat from the milk during steaming, so I have switched to stainless steel. This Fire-Maple pitcher is metal with a slick coating, maybe something like anodized but I am not sure. In any event, the pitcher is an attractive color and the finish is very easy to clean. The gauge markings on the inside allow you to measure the amount of milk you want, so no guessing there and you can really dial-in your work flow. I steamed up milk and the container worked nicely. The handle is large enough to get some fingers in for comfortable holding without getting too close to the hot milk (through the pitcher wall). With the handsome color, this can be an attractive and highly functional addition to your coffee work flow.

Very good frothing pitcher
This pitcher is well made and pours great. It is easy to hold while frothing and the handle stays cool so as not to burn me while doing it. I love the dark color of the pitcher as it contrasts nicely with the milk and microfoam.I am VERY happy with this pitcher. I give it 5 stars!

Sturdy and perfect!
There is nothing like a sturdy frothing pitcher with measurement markings! This has become my go to when making just one latte or cappuccino for either myself or my husband. This little 12 ounce pitcher is sturdy, well made, the handle is great, and spout allows for a great pour! Definitely recommend!
