Works like a charm!
This little infuser is magic! Hardly a single tea leaf ever escapes, even with finer blends. I have a bag of chai that I havenât been able to use because it had kind of a âdustyâ consistency and always trickled through my last infuser, but I donât have that issue at all anymore!You do need to use a tiny bit of force to open and close it, but once I managed it the first time it wasnât an issue from then on. Itâs really easy to cleanâjust remove the top and rinse! In my experience, the infuser will hold around 2tsp tea leaves (or a bit more if you donât mind it expanding into the top piece). I generally use around 3tsp when Iâm making a large thermos so my teas have been a bit less flavorful for this reason, but thatâs less a critique of the product and more of my personal preference. If youâre making a standard or even larger cup of tea, itâs the perfect size!

Functional and easy but if you donât attach the silicone securely, youâre expanding Tea might pop it off it has a little hole in it to release but not so bad tea will get jnto your cup. Four stars because I find it a little difficult to attach because I have bad hand arthritis.

Great product
I’ve used a lot of different tea strainers, and they all leave little bits floating in my drink. I finally decided to try this fine mesh one, and I am not disappointed. It worked brilliantly, and there were no floaties left behind. Cleaning it was super easy, and though it’s a little tricky to figure out how to get it closed with tea in it, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Highly recommend!

Super useful tea tool
I use these for those teas that are very granular, unlike the whole leaves that you may find with a hibiscus tea bag. I mostly use it for Rooibus tea, since it is the most granluar tea. Sometimes it gets a bit of a hassle to clean since the tea sticks in the bottom and you have to keep rinsing it out, but the overall result is still good. The fact that its able to bend, is very useful, so I just hang it on my glass and let it steep!

Easy to use and clean, love it!
I love this tea infuser! So easy to use and clean. Small particles of tea still escape the tiny mesh – but I donât mind it much as they tend to stay at the bottom of my thermos anyway. And taking off and putting on of the rubber handle is easy enough once you get the hang of it!6/21 Just bought another as I make two thermoses of tea a day. My one thermos has a built in diffuser basket that sits at the top – and it works OK – but I find that I like the way this one works for the flavor, ease of use, and the clean up. Use and enjoy!

Loose leaf tea strainer for steeping
I chose it because it has a fine screen but it has an unnecessary hole in the top which dumps a lot tea pieces in my cup totally defeating the purpose of the fine screen. Waste of money!
