Great with a minor fixed issue
I used my first one for weeks and loved it – good feel of the plastic, silicone pad prevented it being too hot, and the plastic was conductive enough that hot drinks like tea cooled down enough to be drinkable in reasonable time (I honestly hate over-insulated mugs) and it just felt really well made.But I left it on the ferry. Boo. Bought another immediately.*update – everything below this was caused by me not noticing the very thick, well made gasket was slightly ajar. I just needed to push the spot that was very obviously not seated into its space down with the tip of a chopstick. all fixed. 5 stars, issue was user error. left in the below part just in case you notice the same issue, it can be fixed easily*This one has a problem sealing that most of you won’t care about – the gasket around the lid doesn’t leak but it doesn’t seal if you shake the mug hard.I like a bit of matcha in cold water every day around lunch. It’s weird, I know. Cold water and a couple grams of matcha, shake it hard to mix it up. The first one of these mugs had no issues being shaken to heck. This one frequently leaks just a tint bit when I shake it hard. Not enough that it would ever leak in normal use, but I can’t shake it reliably, and that’s part of what I use it for every day. Coffee in the morning, a cold matcha in the afternoon.So unless you plan on shaking it as part of your regimen, I wouldn’t worry. It doesn’t drip whatsoever when used normally. I think there’s just a defect with the silicone gasket on my second mug. I still really like it, so I’m only knocking off one star.

A tight lid!
So far I love my cup. Itâs the perfect size for me and the green color is as shown. I ordered a black one for my husband but mine arrived first so he tried mine out. He gave it a thumbs up but warned me, at one point the drink dribbled from the front of cup and to be careful. I havenât had a problem with that as long as the top is on correctly and tight. Actually the lid can get so tight that I need to use an aid to loosen it. It washes beautifully and that silicone handgrip is removable for better washing. Iâm very happy with it.

Leakproof and lightweight
I like that this cup is so lightweight. I commute by train and have to carry a lot of things around to and from work, so I don’t want a heavy metal mug in there as well. However, it is lightweight because it has very little insulation. Any drink you pour in will be room temperature very quickly — in about the same amount of time it would take for a cardboard Starbucks cup to cool down. If you want to keep drinks hot or cold for longer than 30-60 minutes, this isn’t the best cup for that.This cup is leakproof as long as you wipe off any liquid from washing or pouring your drink. If there’s liquid stuck in the top of the cap, or in the threads in the cap, then that may drip out as you carry it. Wipe it off, and it won’t leak.

Leaks Heat!
I wanted to like this cup. I bought 2. They don’t hold the temperature, so both hot AND cold drinks become room temperature quickly. When a drink is hot, it actually is a little uncomfortable to hold (the “sleeve” doesn’t protect you all that well). I am only giving it 4 stars because it’s easier to clean than most reusable, portable cups and because it covers the liquid. It still leaks liquid, though. If you care about maintaining the temperature of a hot or cold beverage, this cup isn’t for you.

High quality cup
I really enjoy the color of this cup & the quality. I was looking for something to take me tea to-go & Iâve ended up using it for various drinks! I highly recommend if youâre looking for something thatâs sturdy, not cheap feeling, & good for the environment!

The lid leaks constantly!
I liked the grip sleeve and I like how light weight it was. But the lid leaks CONSTANTLY! I make sure to tighten the lid extra tight but it doesn’t help. Hot or cold coffee, it’s dripping down my hands by the time I get to work. Horrible product!

Not terrible not great
I appreciate the construction, but it didnât do a great job of keeping liquids warm. Itâs sealed reasonably well, though I did have a few spills, but it is fragile. The lid cracked when I dropped it in my sink.
