A pretty frother with some minor problems
I have several milk frothers now. I love this little appliance. It makes milk drinks or any powder drinks fun and easy. It’s a standard to have 2 hot foam modes, a non-heated foam mode and a stir mode. I love making Matcha Latte. First use the stir mode to heat and stir the Matcha powder. Then pour out most of the Matcha milk and use the rest to make non-heated foam. A little later, one fun foamy Matcha Latte.This frother has 3 prongs plug, meaning it has ground connection for added safety. The handle makes it easy to hold. The stirring ring is magnetically connected, makes reinsertion easier, no need to figure out which direction to push in. There is no spare stirring ring. The others that I got, all have a spare.The control is easy to read and when done, it will beep, though a little too quiet.The pour is a little messy. Pouring foam is fine because foam is kind of sticky, but liquid always drip to the side. It has something to do with the sprout design. I don’t have problem with others that I own. The gasket of the lid can come off quite easily. The lid does not have a ridge to hold the gasket in place. These are no big deal, just a bit of inconvenience.Even though this looks much prettier than my other ones. I like the others that do not drip when pour and I don’t have to worry about the gasket falling off.

Decent frother
I had bought a fancy coffee machine that had a frother on the side and it ended up breaking in less than a year so I needed a replacement and didn’t want to waste my money on the same thing. I saw this one and was super excited to give it a try. It looks nice and has a good solid feel. It’s really simple to use and does a good job frothing. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that some of the higher end, more expensive ones do, but so far I haven’t had any issues with it and I love that I can save on making my own fancy coffees at home.

Worked great, I don’t like rinsing it
I love warm/hot milk in my drinks and this worked great. The problem with any of these – and it is not a problem with THIS one is that you have to clean it. So you have to warm up milk to then warm up water, and then rinse the cup, and then do it all over. This gadget worms up the things really nice and makes it very nice to make a latte for sure 🙂

Lots of room for improvement
With many frothers on the market, is this one high quality? It stood out to me because of its special button for oat milk (more below).The lights are ALWAYS ON. If you wanted a nightlight, this is a bonus. Otherwise, terrible design.There is only one button. You press it once to kind of activate the unit. Then you push it until the “mode” you want is lit, and then you wait until it goes. So, if you just want the standard foamed milk mode, you press it once, wait a moment, and then it starts. It’s functional, but really awkward. The different modes are really hard to tell apart with the manual. In tiny print, one says OAT. That’s about as much hint as you get. Telling the difference among the other modes is purely guesswork.The spinner is a wire loop. You cannot remove or change it.The temperature is non-adjustable, except for the choice of mode.How well does it work? Given 3/4 cup of 2% milk, the foamed version produced by this machine measures about 1 1/2 cups. It takes over 3 minutes to froth this much milk. For comparison, the Breville frother produces 2 cups of foamed milk in 2 minutes. It could be argued that the Breville is too frothy, and I think the other spinner produces less froth but didn’t test that one for this comparison.For oat milk, given 3/4 cup from a fresh container, the foamed version (using the oat milk setting) is under 1 cup. I haven’t compared it to the Breville, so I may update my review later. It may be that oat milk is just quite limited in how much it will froth.Packaging is environmentally unfriendly, using styrofoam on the top and bottom.In comparison to the Breville, this one is much smaller and can start with slightly less milk – just over 1/2 cup version 3/4 cup for the Breville. The Breville, on the other hand, can handle larger volumes of milk, has an adjustable temperature, two different froth spinners, and can be dipped in water to be washed.Overall, given the number of choices out there, I rather doubt this is anything special. I had high hopes for the oat milk mode, but I’m not very impressed. The Breville will be returning to its spot on my countertop.

I ordered this for my wife. It is really easy to use and makes some thick frothing for any beverage. Just add milk and turn on.

Horrible frothing
This may have settings for whole milk but it doesn’t do a thing to help. The worst frothing I have ever had
