I was happy with the mugs, they were as described, however, they were shipped in the original box, not inside of another Amazon box. One of the mugs was chipped. There was a card from the seller inside, saying if there was any problems with the order to email them, which I did and have not heard anything for a week, so I just returned them through Amazon. Not the best customer service…..
