Mold free espresso
If you’re looking for high quality, mold free espresso then look no further. I tried a few different brands and was about to give up when I stumbled across Fabula. The problem you find into with the mold free coffee’s when your an espresso machine drinker is it’s never quite up to par when you pull shots, it’s either too light no matter how much grounds you use or it gums up the machine bc of the natural oils. This espresso blend actually pulls nice full bodied shots that taste food. The aroma and smoothness is there and doesn’t leave you with heart burn like other blends do bc of the acidity. It’s a little expensive but the health and taste payoffs are worth it to me.

I love the coffee. The taste is never bitter or overbearing. I have issue with shipping and cost. The bags appear to have gotten smaller in the last few months..It comes fast from Amazon but it can take over a week coming from the company.

Not a fan. Switching from instant to brewed and doesnât matter I think I will take my chances with mold. I bought reg and decaf neither are very good.

Lacking in flavor
I really wanted to like this coffee, and I optimistically set up a subscription. Unfortunately, I was left very disappointed and underwhelmed by the flavor. While it was not the worst coffee I have ever had, I would still take it over Starbucks, it was very far from the best. The flavor, depth, and freshness were just not there, and neither was the aroma. I made several pots to give it a chance, but I was never able to finish even a cup before dumping it. I canceled my subscription.
