I really wanted to like this, however both the kids that were in the box were cracked. We really needed this for traveling that was the reason we purchased this mug with lid.

This looked perfect. But you canât clean in between the rubber cover and the steel cup inside. Overtime, water goes in however and makes it dirty in between those layers.I was checking why it smelled so bad. When trying to see in between the layers, it had a brownish dirt texture like a cream inside that has been grown overtime. So yucky. I couldnât use it for my son anymore. I just tossed it away.

Both lids were broken upon opening. Thankfully my dtrs lids were both in good shape, so my son can use hers. Hopefully better packaging for the lids is used in future.

Give it a try!
My son is 4 and he was using a sippy cup for his tea because I wanted no spillage or mess in the mornings however, heâs getting older and I wanted him to be able to move it up a notch and let me say this, he loves the cup! The first morning we had a spillage but after that, he just sits a the table and holds his cup (without the lid) and heâs doing just fine! The size is perfect for him and he loves it. Itâs pretty sturdy too

Daughter loves it
My mom bought the mermaid mug for my daughter and she has her night time tea before bed every night, very durable so far, keeps her tea hot, and the design is so cute!

Grandma, Mom & Child approved
I ordered this cute mug for my 8 yr old grandson over a year ago. It was a hit not only with him, but with his sisters. This quality mug is designed for small hands. Stainless steel interior makes for easy cleaning. Hand-wash only. The lid is plastic, not as sturdy as the mug, but so far there has been no problems with the lid cracking or breaking. I love that the lid offers the ability to open or close the drinking spout. The lid does not make the mug leak-proof, but will certainly slow the release of liquid if the mug is tipped over. Because of its quality, I ordered additional mugs from this company for all of my grandchildren. Definitely, grandma, mom and child approved!

Exciting cup for the kids
I would have given this cup a 5, but I wasn’t really impressed with the lid. It is not as thick and as solid as what I thought it would be. I wasn’t expecting it to be as solid as the ones in the Yeti, but it is thin and kinda cheap. We have problems of sliding it from open to close position and back. It is not a smooth motion at all. My 6 year old would have to ask me to slide it open for her. My 2 year old doesn’t like using the cup with the lid because of this. On the other hand, it is easy to hand wash. I would not put this in the dishwasher. And of course, since it is stainless steel, not advisable for the microwave. The design is bold and bright and the bottom of the cup has a thick layer that prevents it from sliding. Overall, a good kids mug, but I wish the lid was a little bit better.

Tea cup treat for my niece

Cute
Love that it is thermal and keeps cold drinks cold, and hot drinks hot. My grandson loved the shark pattern but preferred to drink from the cup itself without the lid.
