No Fuss, No Mess
Ease of use; like knowing the paper is biodegradable and just tossing the grounds in the trash with no extra cleaning effort. Love this product!!!

great but hot
this is a good quality product and works well in my Keurig. Only thing is that the metal stays hot. You can take it out of the machine holding the edges of the plastic top but need to hold the bottom when you remove the cover and take out the filter. I’ve been putting the metal pod into an extra filter/liner so I can hold it without burning my fingers. I think it should come with a thin outside case you can slip it into when you take it out of the machine. I know I could wait until it cools off – but mornings don’t work like that. Need to make my coffee and go – and don’t want to leave a used pod with grounds in my machine for the next person to dispose of or to wait until I make my next cup. Regardless. my adaption works.

UPDATE! Was great until the O-ring gasket fell off
UPDATE: I have upped this to 5 stars. I do love the product but had an issue with the O-Ring coming off and got lost. I contacted the manufacture, and they are sending me a replacement free of charge. :)I love this thing, I use it every day. Love that you can compost the coffee and filter and that it’s super easy to pop out directly into my kitchen compost bin. Works great makes fine coffee. UNTIL, the other day the lid would not seat when I went to make a cup. The O-ring gasket was gone from the lid. Now the thing is completely useless. I dug around on the manufactures website to see if I could buy a replacement O-ring. I can find nothing. So now I have to buy a whole new one just because of this. Poor design. And this is why I can only give it two stars.

Awesome.! This fits K-Slim single..! No grounds.
Fits K-Slim single perfect.! However, you will always need to use the paper inserts. No coffee grounds. No mess. Love it.! Recommend.!

Lid pops off every time
I have used Perfect Pod plastic pods with paper filter with lid for years.They are the best pod on the market IMO. I like them so much that I decided to get the stainless steel for use with my Keurig Express. I can make my coffee but, EVERY time I do, the pod lid pops off halfway thru the brew. I even tried with less coffee. And, I also use the Perfect Pod measuring cup and I use a top brand medium ground coffee. Another downside is that when you remove pod, it is too hot to lift out. So, for me, I would stick to the less expensive plastic Perfect Pod 2.0 with paper filters. They work great and are about $5 cheaper.

BUYER BEWARE! Flawed Design, Not Worth Buying
I was looking forward to switching from my plastic K cup to a stainless steel my K cup. Stainless steel is durable and easy clean. Great idea, lousy execution. I have a Kuerig Elite coffee maker. I tried three separate times, reducing the coffee amount used, making sure the lid was tight with paper filter lid properly in place underneath and making sure the K cup was fully seated in the coffee maker. Despite all my efforts, it was a resounding, very messy FAIL. First, the water is very slow to integrate with the coffee ground resulting in clear water dispensing out of the coffee maker for a good portion of the brew cycle. This paired with the reduced coffee ground capacity of this stainless steel K cup results in an unacceptably weak cup of coffee. If that weren’t bad enough, the stainless steel K cup literally sputters and spits the coffee everywhere; from all areas in and around the dispense chute, even through seams in the coffee maker well beyond the designed dispense area, as well as a lesser amount dripping from the top K cup compartment. Unlike with standard my K cups, there is no centralized, focused dispense hole which guides the brewed coffee directly from the K cup into your coffee cup. The circular, open spring ring design on the bottom of the stainless steel EZ K cup indiscriminately spits and sputters weakly brewed coffee anywhere and everywhere it happens to go, wherever that happens to be. You have to place your mug just so and even then, you have a significant amount of half brewed coffee all over your counter and your coffee maker. Although the K cup does not make the cut, I do like the paper filters with the paper lids that come with the K cup. They work quite well in my old plastic my K cup. They make clean up a breeze. Buy the lidded paper filters elsewhere and skip buying this expensive, useless stainless steel K cup.

Removed one star because it’s a lot more challenging to make two cups of coffee in a row because this is so hot, much harder to do than with the plastic version.

Works very well
After trying a couple of other designs, I found these to be the best for us and they get a lot of use every day. After at least a couple of years, we had one lid failure. There is a tiny rubber band around the inner edge of the lid and it ensures a snug fit with the bottom part. The rubber band broke so the lid wouldn’t stay in place. You can still use the pod but it can get a little messy so we discarded it and bought some new ones. Excellent product.
