Good value travel cup
For the price, this is a good cup. The lid must be screwed on properly or, yes, it will leak. If you put the lid on and it only screws on about an inch or so, itâs NOT on properly. Only when you put the lid on and it spins almost halfway around will you know itâs properly secured. Also, I never microwave the lid⦠Just a cup. The contents in the cup get hot, quickly. The most Iâve ever microwaved has been for 40 seconds. I do not trust microwaving this plastic cup for much longer. Finally, I make sure to only wash this on the top rack in my dishwasher.

Worth the buy!
They’re the perfect size and work well. Considering you get 4 of them, they are super cheap and affordable. They’re also dishwasher safe. They don’t leak, you don’t get spillage when you drink out of the hole, and the design is simple so it’s very unisex. Very worth the buy and I highly recommend for anyone.

Defective product
Very good product with thick walls that prevents heat to be felt while holding hot beverages (even scalding hot water). So no sleeve needed. Also it has a spill proof mechanism which is my favorite feature. That said my blue lid came with a defect along one of its curvatures, where coffee can seep through when drinking, as evidenced by the coffee stain along the lid.

Not so great after all
Update to the cupsâIâm changing my review to poor. These cups are not leak proof. 2 cups so far have leaked on us. I made sure the lid was screwed on correctly and tightly yet coffee still leaked from under the lid (and no, it was not dribble from the opening to sip from!). Drinker beware!!Iâm disabled with weak hands & arms. For earth day I decided to give up my Dixie disposable cups once & for all, but a reusable cup needed to be similar in design, lightweight, slender and well made. I had tried an inexpensive one but the lids wouldnât easily snap on and off. Cheap product from China. Next one was better but still struggled with lids, and it was also slightly too wide to hold.Well, this last one, the one Iâm writing a review for, is fantastic! Itâs well made. The lid screws on so I never have to worry itâll pop off and get scalded by my coffee. It also provides a spigot closure. The cup is double insulated and doesnât need a band to protect my hands. Itâs light weight. Itâs wide to hold but not uncomfortable. Itâs dishwasher safe. Itâs pretty.I highly recommend it!

Prevents spills!
Some reviews did not like making sure the gasket was in place. 2 of the 4 needed to be adjusted slightly on arrival. I just eased them down with a table knife. Once seated, I’ve not had any issue. I don’t tend to put lids in my dishwasher so that may be part of it. It is easy to get the lid on straight and I’ve had no issue. It did take a spill before I made a practice of closing the opening, but I have been rewarded with No Spills!Having the same confetti body makes all the lids match. The different lids allows each person to find “mine”.The only downside for me is also a plus: because they are double insulated, my choice of the larger 16 oz size prevents stacking them in my cupboard. This is a small price to pay for the economical bonus of these travel mugs!
