I have no way to check the validity of their claims about their mushroom’s potency or dosage. I can go by flavor, how I feel, and the perceived value. The powder is very smooth and dissolves well when using a handheld frother. It is a little sweeter than the other brand that I use, but I do not see where sugar is added to the mix. The matcha flavor is good and I don’t feel as if I am drinking mushrooms when I have a cup. The bag has lasted over a month, but I do use heaping tablespoons when I scoop. I also mix in collagen with the other mix I use, which closes the $20 price difference per bag. Honestly, I do not have a strong opinion, one way or the other. They seem about the same to me. I do tend to go for the other one more often, but I have no real reason. I have felt better since drinking the matcha every day, I am more regular, and I have lost about 15 pounds. I think I would order this again, once I run out of collagen to add to the other mix.

amazing alternative
ive been trying to eat cleaner and as a premed college student athlete need something that’s going to give me energy the whole day with no crashes. i feel SO good after drinking it. its helped my mental cognition and given me amazing energy. 10x better than coffee for me. i would have to drink 3-4 espresso shots to get an equivalent energy and even then I would still need a nap. it also tastes really good. i make it with oat milk and honey and vanilla and its perfect.

Great tasting.
I was a little hesitant at first, due to mushrooms in it, but my husband and I are trying to buy cleaner items that we drink every day and less caffeine.This is actually amazing, no chunkiness, blends well, and taste just like matcha

Be forewarned
After 1 week of drinking 1 cup of this every morning, I have been in misery for 10 days straight. Nothing else has changed in my diet but now, I have no appetiteâlike I ate a full meal when I havenât eaten anything. I have forgotten to eat for 3 days in a row because I donât even think about it. But Iâm not losing any weight. I am ridiculously bloated, gassy when normally I rarely am, with an abdomen that is extremely distended and feels tight as a drum but when I do eat, I am eating next to nothing, like 500 calories. I canât get any relief. The battle between diarrhea and constipation is obnoxious; I have always been completely regular. This is awful. I saw on Reddit that many people are experiencing these same symptoms and the only thing that helps is eating a bland diet which is my next step. What a waste of my money for the utter havoc and toll this has taken on my otherwise healthy body.

I really like how Everyday Matcha helps me stay more focused and alert. I had my doubts, but I do see a difference. I start work at 4am and I do not drink coffee. I have a cup when I get to work and a cup before I leave work, for my 64 mile commute home. I definitely feel more awake.What I don’t like is how light the matcha flavor is for me. I really enjoy the strong, earthy taste of matcha so I add about a teaspoon of regular marcha to my cup. If you don’t enjoy a strong marcha flavor, then this may be right up your alley. For work, I premix my matcha. I use a 3 to 1 ratio with Everyday Dose being the base.

Better than the rest!
Iâve become pretty addicted to this stuff. Iâve always been a big matcha fan but felt like I needed a bit more of a kick so I decided to try mushroom matcha. This one is a bit pricey, but after trying some cheaper alternative brands I will say this one 100% dissolves better and tastes better. The other brands Iâve tried have all been super chunky, especially when getting to the bottom of the drink, this one doesnât. I also have a subscription directly thru Daily Dose and their customer service is fantastic. I had one order arrive with a puncture in the bag and they got back to me and sent a replacement right away. You also get free goodies with each order. Wish they had a 90 serving bag, which is why I occasionally order thru Amazon. Overall itâs pricy, but still cheaper than getting a matcha late from a coffee shop and tastes better. Plus youâre paying for higher quality product, so itâs to be expected it costs a bit more.Also, in my opinion, the best way to drink this is as a true matcha late with some almond milk, a little hot water and your favorite coffee syrup or honey. My personal favorite combo is Califia Barista Almond Milk, and Monin Lavender syrup.

Honestly, tastes like grass clipping tea. But, it’s not bad
Rich, earthy flavor. Settles well in the stomach.
