I like that you can try 40 different flavors without having to spend money for a full box of each. I’ve only had about a dozen of the teas, and I’d say most were flavorful and tasty. One was the worst tea my family has ever had (Lapsang Souchong – if you look it up it’s banned in some countries, including the entirety of Europe). It literally tasted like an ashtray. I’m sure it was the only “bad” one, but I wanted to give the warning I never got. Everything else has been great and the bag was cute and convenient for storage. 🙂

Twinings is simply the best, and has been for years.
Twinings tea speaks for itself, and needs no preamble from me. This is a superb assortment of their offerings. There will be multiples of various flavors, but there does not appear to be any rhyme or reason to their allocation.The storage/display box is adequate without being ostentatious. As a word of caution, the clear pane on top appears to be thin acrylic as opposed to glass. I’m not sure how that could influence your decision, but it is offered as yet another data point for you to consider.Taken as a whole, this would be an acceptable gift for a tea drinker. I purchased this because I love Twinings tea, and the pile of cardboard tea boxes on my countertop had become unsightly and needed organization, which this box provided.I do not think this item would disappoint purchasers.ETA: As others have pointed out, the included tea bags do not fill up the chest, so don’t think you are being shortchanged. I’m assuming this is by design so you buy more tea to fill it up. Also, contents will shift during transit. OTOH, if you’re giving this as a gift, you really need to give enough of a hoot to unbox it and inspect it before gifting it. Only really rich people don’t inspect gifts before presentation.
