Top handle broke right
As soon as I took out of the box, the top handle broke. Wasnât welded on properly.

Good until it broke
This worked really well for one month and then when I was lightly cleaning it it just broke and now the top is separated from the strainer so you can’t use it anymore. Of course the window has closed to return this.

I felt that the metal piece was too small to hold my loose teas
I was looking forward to receiving this. Unfortunately it did not work for me as the insert was not large enough for my loose teas.

Perfect for one
Ease to brew loose tea, easy to clean as well, the top disassembly is easy. Dishwasher safe

Makes a perfect cup herbal tea.
Perfect size for a 12 oz. cup of tea, works great in the microwave, the handle stays cool, making it easy to pore from the pot to the cup.
