Compact, conveinent and great coffee
Iâm loving it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants good coffee without the hassle. Itâs compact and fits perfectly in my small kitchen, and itâs so easy to use. The coffee tastes better thank K cup. The water tank is a bit small, so I have to refill it more often, but itâs not a big deal. Itâs really convenient and doesnât take up much space, which is perfect for me.

Donât buy this machine
I purchased this machine 7 weeks ago. I noticed about a month ago the larger cup option started dispensing smaller servings of coffee and it would take me several presses just to fill one cup. As of this morning, the machine stopped dispensing coffee entirely. I tried contacting customer support on the manufacturerâs website and their chat function wonât work. What a waste of money.

Works as well as the NS Inissia
I just got this little machine and used it right away. It operates as the manual describes and yields the same quality as the Inissia at a much more friendly price. It’s quiet, fast, and the espresso comes out hot. It yields delicious espresso – I’m using the nespresso pods I already knew I liked.It’s easy to get started, use and clean. I first cleaned the tank with dish soap and water and then ran 3 lungo cups to rinse the machine. 3 lungo cups uses half of the tank of water. That is for setup. Now it’s ready to use.It uses Nespresso original line pods or any knock offs of those pods. The only thing I need now are appropriately sized cups.

Easy to use and looks good
Loved the look of this little machine. Itâs compact and looks nice on the counter. It is pretty loud, Iâve never owned an espresso machine before but I feel like that might be normal? Since itâs a lot of power for something so little. Very easy to use since there are only two buttons. Heats up fast and makes really good espresso. Unfortunately, Iâm returning it because it keeps leaking water. I would have exchanged it but found another machine thatâs around the same price and has options to make ristretto, espresso, lungo & americano.

Lasted 1 month & doesnât get coffee hot enough
As others have mentioned, it worked at first then stopped working a month later. The coffee never got hot enough even when it was working properly- still had to microwave after. Today all it does is waste my pods and makes a cup of water with a tiny hint of coffee flavor. Yuck!

Might go for a Nespresso brand next time
Had a mini nespresso maker but it conked out on me. Ordered this for the size and price. it’s okay however it doesn’t get hot enough and there are only 2 settings which don’t seem to work well. The small “pull” is too large the bigger pull spills over my demitasse cup. I find I have to stop the small pull setting a few seconds after I go to brew a capsule. for the price this okay. Should I even need a new machine, I’ll go back to a nespresso maker.
