Wonderful espresso
I have only had this machine for a week but I am absolutely loving it! The espresso is the best I have had in a very long time. My previous machine was a two in one and did not produce a good espresso at all. The crema and taste make me look forward to that first cup and I have to stop myself from making additional cups lol! Very easy to operate and the noise is really not that bad

Watery coffee
I ordered this machine to replace a Nespresso mini that I had for 10 years that broke. I tried this brand thinking it would perform similar to the mini at a reduced cost. I made several batches hoping it was just because it was new that it didn’t compare with my previous Nespresso mini. I tried it several times to no avail. The coffee was weak and very watery as if there was something wrong with the pressure in the machine. In addition, there was no froth and it wasn’t hot. As a result I returned it and ordered the same model of a new Nespresso mini and after a quick set up was able to return to a good froth, great hot temp concentrated coffee like I was accustomed to. You aren’t saving money by getting copies just get the real thing and save yourself the time and frustration.

Great device for the price
Well, this is what I think about this machine:Pros:1) It works well, and it is very easy to use2) It is very easy to clean and maintain3) It has very simple construction. Based on what I see it should be able to survive at least a few years of usage4) It is small, does not take much space5) It looks nice. Mine is black with nice looking sturdy chrome-plated metal handle and front chrome-painted plastic nozzle.6) Water reservoir is not leaking, and has sufficient size to produce 6+ cups of coffeeCons:1) Only very small mugs (4oz or smaller) will fit, any larger size coffee cups or mugs wont fit2) The temperature of the coffee is way too low to my taste. This is common issue for most coffee machines sold in the USA. If you want hot coffee, you may need to additionally microwave it for 25 seconds.3) The produced drink is “kind of” espresso, but not the same as espresso produced by professional expensive machines or at Starbucks…. I would guess all nespressos are compromise to some degree. Make sure you set your expectations accordingly.4) It is very noisy, but only for a few seconds while espresso is produced.5) It has no water level sensor, you need to check you have enough water in the reservoir before pressing buttons.With that said, based on the above I can recommend it. It is good device for the reasonable price.

Great machine; Simple, straightforward no bells/whistles.Reliably makes a fine espresso or lungo.Warning: DO not use refillable pods, they will damage the mechanism.Stick with commercial pods for a reliable cup of espresso.

Iâm quite surprised by this little machine, and I was impressed immediately! I was afraid it was going to be cheaply made, because of the price, but itâs very heavy, and the chrome part on top is metal, and looks very good.The machine works so well, you can use the same pod twice and the same cup, and still get a very very strong cup of coffee. That surprised me. I definitely recommend this unit.
