Works great
Works great and is perfect for the small amount of counter space I have in my apartment. It looks nice and sleek and I feel super fancy having it. I always thought espresso machines would cost hundreds of dollars but this is great value for that you get. Make sure to follow the directions of what type of grind to use, it doesn’t take the usual fine grind that espresso machines usually require. If you use the right grind size you get delicious espresso. It’s pretty easy to use the espresso making part but the milk frother and milk tank is confusing. I wish the directions were clearer. I haven’t figured it out yet.

Awesome service from the company
I ordered this machine and was disappointed because it did not work. They sent me a replacement quickly and the second one did not work initially either, but after many attempts it finally started working. I live in Colorado and I think something got frozen and it literally took 20 or 30 tries before it worked. Keenstar sent me another machine for free just for the inconvenience. Super nice of them. Solid company!

Love this Espresso machine!
Love this product. It arrived very quickly. It is so easy to use. The coffee tastes amazing! There are multiple functions if you want to make a cup of coffee rather than an espresso. You can even steam milk!! Itâs overall 10/10!!
