FROTHER NOT SO GREAT!
I got this machine today and made my first cup of coffee. I did not use the grinder yet because I still have pre-cut coffee. The coffee came out good and I am sure with some practice I will make it better, but here is my problem! I can’t make the milk to froth well, it does make it very hot but not creamy is there a trick to it? I’ve tried it over and over and the results were the same hot milk little froth, what am I doing wrong? I would welcome your suggestions!

Good for espresso, perfect for Americanos
Bought as a budget espresso machine (and as an upgrade to my Nespresso setup). Overall, does a pretty good job with pulling shots. No, you won’t get the body/depth as higher end machines, but this is a big upgrade from Nespresso. Bought ground beans directly from the store, and used them in a pressurized basket.Decent shots, decent taste. And for not muuuch more than higher end Nespresso setups, it’s a good beginner machine.

Not worth the price
Save your money. Go to a coffee shop or buy another brand. This thing is an overpriced joke. The pressure gauge may as well be a sticker, it does nothing. The coffee “Espresso” it produces is water down and just worthless. I can make a fair better Latte with my Ninja K-Pod maker at a fraction of the price. I am returning this waste of money. Very disappointed, I will spend a little more money and get a brand that isn’t junk.

Not for us
Having never used a coffee machine like this we quickly realized it was not for us. We like to grid whole bean coffee and it does that well, maybe too well. The manual seems well enough written but I just could not get a cup of coffee made to suite our tastes. Having never been expresso people we were hoping to enjoy a good cappuccino with foaming milk. Could not get more than steamed milk. Sent it back and got my refund.Someone with experience may very well love the machine.
