Perfect compact espresso machine
Despite the size, this machine has a well-designed brewing group, with a shower that covers homogenously the puck surface (almost no need of an espresso screen!) – I was positively surprised. The steam is a bit weak, but works just fine and will give the time to non-experts to realize a nicely foamed latte. The baskets are held in place by a sturdy spring, which makes cleaning very easy. Would definitely recommend.Be careful when unpacking, some accessories are on the backside of the inner packaging – easy to miss!

I bought this one to replace a previous one I bought and returned. This one is better quality for the price point and easy to use, no difficulty putting on the filter. The frother works great, depending on what milk you are using, will be thicker when using whole milk.

Unpredictable results
I bought one, and it’s noisy, buzzes. I programmed it to dispense twice as much for each 1 cup and 2 cup by following the programming for setting and resetting the amount dispensed for each.. The old machine, tho buzzy, did in fact dispense the correct amount for me 1 cup = 4 oz, 2 cups = 8 oz. The factory is 1 cup = 2 oz, and the 2 cups = 4 oz. this default is for those small espresso cups. but can be programmed for coffee mugs that are 8 oz.However, I didn’t like the buzzing, so I decided to get a replacement, but I planned to test them side by side. A). it didn’t buzz like the first one B) it refused to accept the programming on the 1 cup, 2 cup. to increase the dispensing by double so the 2 cup would = 8 oz. IT WOULD NOT Program, each test it produced half of what I wanted. To sit and press two cycles to dispense what I wanted, means sitting and waiting..This device.. 2 out of 2 machines, one worked, the newer one did not.. I’ll put up with some annoying buzzing, but I’d rather it dispense what I want; so the possibility that these devices are not properly tested at the manufacture (in china, of course); So, the new one is going back now..Buyer beware.
