This makes frothing milk so much easier!
I wasnt sure what temperatures were best until I got this! I used to try and steam milk until it was “too hot to touch” and it kept coming out cold. With this, it comes out perfect everytime. I just wish the temps weren’t celcius. I just steam until the red pops up and I’m done.solide quality, cleans easy, and looks nice!

Smart pitcher
I like not having to use a thermometer in the pitcher. One less thing to wash. I used my old thermometer the first few times to verify the temperature strips and they worked perfectly. I was surprised I have to store the picture in a dark place when not in use and that the strip are not guaranteed for more than a year.

Soooooo easy.
This is a FANTASTIC idea for foaming milk. While 3rd-wave coffee house’s baristas can stretch and foam milk testing for temperature by touch, this product is a much better option for casual espresso makers who still want to get the temperature right. I have long used thermometers but they’re clumsy and they fail without warning. This has the right temperatures displayed on the outside of the pitcher: 30C (“making progress”), 65C (“getting close”) and 70C (“bingo”).I can hardly sleep at night anticipating the next morning’s milk-foaming-experience-to-come. I really have to concentrate while doing my cappuccinos or I forget the espresso shot and go straight for the foamed milk.And, no, I am not affiliated with this product and I am not a professional copy writer. I just like this product.

I bought this because I needed a frothing pitcher and thermometer for a new espresso machine I bought. This pitcher seemed to be a bit expensive, but I realized that it is about the same price as a pitcher and thermometer, so on that front it’s pretty much a wash.Pro:Super simple to use! As soon as the big green dot shows up, you’re done. No messing around trying to position and read a thermometer while also trying to keep a whirlpool going in the pitcher.Con:I am not comfortable putting this in the dishwasher, so I clean it by hand. However, the stainless steel makes cleaning super easy, so it still gets 5 stars.Overall:I bought the 12oz model and am likely to buy the larger 20oz one too. Thats how much I like it!

The updated version isnât as nice. They changed the product but kept the listing from the old product. Bait and switch.

This takes the guess work out of steaming milk. Now I can focus entirely on texturing rather than temp
