Equator is an excellent roaster. None of their products is bad, but some are more “3rd wave” than others. This is a darker roast, with more traditional espresso flavors. My current favorite. Good basis for flat whites and cortados as well.

This is my favorite coffee, with a great aroma and subtle notes of hazelnuts and chocolate. It tastes amazing when brewed in my moka pot, offering a light hazelnut flavor without any artificial taste. The only downside is that one of my orders had coffee that was already 3-4 months old upon arrival, which was disappointing. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic coffee.

I love this brand and their coffee is great. Coffee was always sold by the pound, then during covid, they began to bag coffee in 12oz bags, rather than 16oz. A full 25% less for the same price. Now they’ve found a way to get down to 10.5oz??? It’s aggravating.

It’s listed as an espresso but the roast is too light and the fruit tones are not my preference.However, it does make a good iced voffee.
