Great insulated cups
First of all, love these cups. Theyâre very durable and never leak. Keeps hot drinks hot for so very long. In my experience the hotter your beverage starts out the longer it will retain heat. Putting your lid on right away and keeping it closed will make your heated beverage last longer.I hand wash mine and have very little issues with color peelings and zero lid issues. If sponge is abrasive it can affect color slightly and reveal the stainless underneath. But very minimal on my own. Super easy to clean. Lids are so tightly sealed that theyâre hard to get off sometimes. Running under warm water helps a lot though.Amazing cups, I use every day. Iâve had one for a year now and still looks very nice.

Pleasantly surprised. Just as advertised. Leak proof. Fits in car cup holder. Kept my coffee really hot even after 2 hours. I love the color.

I am, so thankful that I ordered this cup for my tea. It makes me feel special to use it. It is a good quality mugs. Keeps my tea hot for a very long time. It holds the perfect amount of tea for me. It fits well in my car holder. I love it.

Mostly Good
Recently purchased this to replace my old ceramic mug which I lost. I was looking for something that traveled well, fit into my backpack, was easy to grip and looked nice. All of those things are true with this mug. I only have a couple of complaints. First, I really think that stainless impacts the flavor and I miss the ceramic interior of my old mug. Second, the top is kinda hard to take off. It gets really tight and I wonder if the heat from the coffee creates a vacuum, but for whatever reason, I really have to work hard sometimes to unscrew the lid. Otherwise, it’s a fine mug. Glad I purchased it. If I found the same kind of mug with a ceramic interior, I would totally go for that though.

11/18/24: Brilliant! Brilliant decision on my part to buy this wonderful Travel Mug and also to buy 6 of them. No disappointments here. None! I can actually see myself buying. I use these, and my previous Hammertime travel mugs for everything. I always have one within easy reach full of something delicious and refreshing. The more I use them the more uses I find for them. Crystal Light, hot coffee, cold coffee, juice, you name it and I have a mug lurking in my fridge or on my counter or next to my chair x2. I am so thankful that Ello redid their wonderful design.The only thing I don’t care for, personally, is the marble-look base but I cover that with a can cooler sleeve any way to keep my hands warm when holding.11/2/24: Finally! A worthy replacement for my aging Hammertime by Ello that has a lot of warts and I love anyway. I tested for leaks immediately and wasn’t disappointed.I fully expect this one to eventually suffer similar warts in terms of the silver slider coming off and other possible issues just like my Hammertimes but I’m ordering another one anyway. It’s a bit larger than my Hammertime which means fewer trips to the kitchen for my water. I don’t like straws or sipper dodads so always use a coffee travel mug without a handle. I have been waiting for this model for years. No joke. Already have the new one in my cart

My coffee stays hot & the lid is easy to clean! The springy plug stays/snaps propped open for easier cleaning.

Mug works well and does everything it says – keeps hot liquids hot for quite a long time, cold the same way, and does not leak – very easy to travel with and I never fear it is going to leak in my bag/tote. Highly recommend.

Like it but bummmed
I bought this around 8months ago. It’s so pretty and it worked great at being leak proof and keeping drinks hot. However 3 months ago it just stopped being leak proof. I attempted to get a new lid and I’ve had little to no luck so far. So I’m pretty disappointed.
