Got this for Halloween so we could pass out hot chocolate to all the kids for cold night work great got the water nice and hot though the only gonna have to get another one ð we had so many kids this one alone couldn’t handle all of them and get the water heated fast enough but did great over all

Exceptional purchase!!!
I bought this to use at a function for elderly residents at an apartment complex. I was so pleased with its performance and itâs looks! Itâs really a nice piece! Very attractive! And it its looks up easily and quickly! I have another apartment complex that I do functions at and Iâm going to buy a second one of these for that one! I totally recommend this product!

Works as expected
I pass out hot Cocoa at Halloween and it keeps it hot. We get so many kids that I have a stock pot of Cocoa on the stove for backup to refill. Very handy.

Poor design and failed after one use
There’s nothing about this unit that I like. It was able to work once, then never again. It heats up but the water never goes through the tube. Also, the dispenser is confusing and too low to the tabletop. You have to set it on a platform in order to put a cup underneath of it. There’s no power switch, you turn it on and off by unplugging it or plugging it in. When you put the percolating rod and coffee basket inside the urn, you can’t hold on to the rod, so it’s very difficult to align. The entire design of this unit is poor. I do not recommend purchasing this unit. I’m still waiting to hear back from them regarding a warranty replacement or refund.
