Frustrating to use
This quick heating pot looks like it would be a dream to use. However, the buttons do not work in a logical manner. When you turn it on and set the temperature the buttons flash but it doesn’t heat so you think you pressed the button wrong so you press the button again and it still doesn’t heat. It’s a confusing waste of time trying to figure out if you turned it on or not. It’s confusing to know when to press the keep warm button. I’ve tried to press it as I’m programming it to turn it on and I’ve tried pressing it after the water boiled to make sure that I tell it to keep warm yet I turn my back and the keep warm is off I think I have it on to keep my water hot I go to make another cup of tea and the water’s cold. I’ve tried my best to figure this pot out but it remains confusing. I heated some milk which scorched in the bottom of the unit so I would not recommend it for milk. It did heat the water quickly which was great to make a quick cup of tea. Either the keep warm cycle is short or I couldn’t figure out how to turn the keepwarm on. I’ve lived with it for weeks now and I can’t seem to figure out how it wants to work. The instructions were unclear. It looks nice sitting on the counter appeared straightforward and easy to clean. There is a distinct trick to locking the infuser in place and unlocking it. The infuser is very weak and flimsy and next to the pot not having clear on off keep warm the poor quality infuser is a hard no if I had it to do over. I’m keeping it because I’m determined to figure out how to make it work. I can’t say I’d recommend it though.

Husband approved ð
Bought this for the hubby for his coffee in the morning. Easy to use, heats up quickly, functionality has a learning curve to it. Husband is a little heavy handed in pushing buttons but learned fast to lightly tap. The base was a little dipped out of package but it works just fine. Base could be a little more sturdy but both make the connection to work.

So far so good
I just got this kettle & itâs working great so far. One thing I was worried about was the size; my previous kettle is 1.5L and this kettle is 1L. With the tea infuser, it is 0.8L. With infuser (0.8L) it makes me 5 standard porcelain teacups or 3 extra large mugs. However, itâs just 2 people in our household so this is plenty for us. I do want to say that I attached a photo of a sticker that is on the display by default. I donât think a lot of the people leaving reviews about the screen have removed this sticker. It is to protect the screen during packaging but it needs to be removed, just like a tv sticker or display sticker on any other electronic device. I do agree that the display is somewhat difficult to read without looking directly down at it, but itâs not really that bad honestly. Itâs a small personal kettle so itâs not like itâs difficult to just pull towards you to look at. The kettle is much more aesthetically pleasing than my last one and I much prefer the glass. Also, this is NOT meant to be submerged or put into the dishwasher, nor should the outside of the kettle be put under running water. Only the inside can be cleaned with water, by hand washing. The product also has a 2 year warranty QR code in the box which I think is great. I love it so far but I will update my review if this changes.

I have 2! Highly recommend
I really like this kettle. I drink tea throughout the day and love having it by my desk at work, I have it on 176 and that seems to be the perfect setting for me. The timer is nice and keeps it hot throughout my day so I can fill up my cup quick and easily. With it having the tea infuser I have broadened my range of teas, trying so many more flavors than I did with the bags. I bought one for home too, once you go loose leaf tea it is hard to go back to bags. the tea does stain the defuser and the bottom of the pot but doesnât have any effect on the use of it. I like that it doesnât have a hot plate to worry about the poly part that is hot is the glass part of the kettle. You can place the kettle on the counter with it being hot because the heating elements are inside the pot.

Good functionality but has a plastic lid
The functionality of the kettle is good. The degrees are a couple below the stated value. The lid does come in contact with hot water and does smell like plastic that has come into contact with hot water. If you’re concerned about this then this is not the product for you.Edit: 2â -> 4â The seller has good communication and has offered me a refund. I will likely keep using the pot but I look forward to a full stainless steel lid in the future.

Good kettle
I love how I can set different temperatures for different kind of teas. The best thing with this kettle is the “keep warm” button, allowing my tea to stay warm for up to 2 hours.

Don’t buy mushy settings knob
there’s no tactile feedback from the knob.. it is able to move into halfway points that does nothing.. makes it annoying to use… not only that the rigidity of the front plate is too flexible to even a soft touch that distorts the display.. the product needs a redesign to increase the structure around the display and a totally new setting knob that has tactilely distinct segments that correspond to a 1:1 change in settings not only that but when I tried to set a custom temp it took forever to reach max temperature from 140 to 212 is obscene the knob also wants to fight you in every attempt at turning..
