Fantastic Product!
Very nice little tea kettle. I like that they put pre-programmed temps so it doesn’t just always go straight to boil and stay so long it burns yours tea like all the other kettles I’ve had. I’ve waited a good minute to post my review to see if it held up, and it absolutely has. I’m impressed with the ease of use, and would whole heartedly recommend this product.

Makes wonderful tasting tea.
This kettle makes tea just right. I just put a tea bag in the holder and push the button and it works like a charm. I first ordered one with the controls in the handle but that is too difficult to hold on to with the water in it. I also wanted a smaller one and this makes plenty of tea for 2 people. If I don’t drink it all I put the tea over ice later on in the day. I never knew tea tasted so good until I could put in the kind of tea I was brewing and have the temperature it was supposed to be at. Enjoy this kettle very much.

Bought this because it has good reviews and thatâs what I wanted, cook water and able to keep warm. But today I use right after I received, after few hours used, the inside of pot already has water damage marks. I can provide the picture. Very disappointed.

It works well but the operation instructions in the user’s manual are not clear
I chose this model because of its nice keep-warm function, which allows me always to have hot tea available after the brewing process is finished. It works well with one issue: the default keep-warm temperature was set too low. Because description of temp-setting function in the user’s manual is not clear, I tried different ways to override the keep-warm temperature, could only make it once out of 5 tries. Few days ago, I sent an email to the customer care posted on the warranty card (no phone number listed) for help, but received no response so far. Otherwise, I might give it a 5 stars.

Lovely but a little slow
Lovely little kettle, I love all the different temperature settings however, it takes just over 5 mins to reach desired temperature for black tea. Also, the size of the jug is only 1.5L so if youâre making more than 2 cups you need to wait to make the others.
