The product was delivered late. And then I received defective product. Even the customer care team was not helpful.The scheduled pickup twice and every time the pickup would somehow get cancelled without any notice.I suggest everyone not to look at the good reviews, because I have received a bad product and don’t rely on their service if you do receive a bad product.

Great purchase!
Iâm very picky about having fine salt and pepper and Iâve always struggled to find a good set that does the job. These work great and look pretty in my kitchen. Iâve had them for over a year and I havenât had to change the batteries. I use them almost daily. I came back to these because Iâm taking them to a holiday party where weâre exchanging our favorite kitchen things.

Battery port corroded and FIXED
Recommend these to everyone who comes over. However, after 2.5 months one of the battery ports corroded and it stopped working. I thought Iâd have to trash it, BUT I used a bit of steel wool to clean off the corroded port and itâs as good as new.

Solves the problem with the daily grind
So far these grinders work especially well for both black and white pepper corns. There is an adjustment for the size of the grind which is important to me. They have a light on the base to see where the grind is landing. There is also a silicone base that fits onto the bottom of the grinder. This helps to keep your counter clean. The design is well thought out and has practical features making pepper grinding easy and clean. Of course you can grind other seeds, spices and coarse salt. Iâm very pleased and may purchase another for my coarse Himalayan salt.
