Very quiet
You may have to do a 2nd run to get the desired thickness of foam but it works well and is easy to clean

My old frother died after 2 years of everyday use, and im a bit tight on the budget right now so i opted for this one. It looks and feels nicer than my last one despite being a little cheaper.What i dont like as much is it seems to take a little longer to warm the milk. It is also deeper which makes it harder to clean because it is hard to get your hand down there.I think my old one died because the seal where the spindle is swelled or leaked, and this one has the same design so i am going to just clean and dry it well after each use and see what happens. I wish it was built like the nespresso frothers where it uses magnets and has a totally sealed pot so that nothing can swell or leak, but that is why you pay more money for those.Anyways, so far so good, i do like this frother and for the price i am very happy with it

Even with putting the minimum milk in it over flows everytime it separates the milk so when you pour you end up with room temp milk instead of hot foam
