I should have known when most of the reviews for this item referenced a ‘grinder’ that something was amiss. Unfortunately this is a low quality milk frother.Positives – it does clean easily,and has good capacity.Negatives- The handle and heading base are flimsy and do not seem durable. There are huge issues with the on/off button – the button gets stuck, this caused my frother to randomly turn on many times. I had to unplug the frother for fear it would randomly turn on and over heat.For the price I was expecting a more durable and well built item. I returned this frother for a refund.

Just received my milk frother. It arrived well packaged but has a crack on the lid (pictured). It’s not worth returning the whole item for this small issue, but I wish there was a way to get a replacement lid shipped without going through the whole returns process. The frother seems to work great, though.

I make chai tea with milk and was hoping to heat the milk and foam. I used it 3 times and the warm never got more than lukewarm. I sent it back. The milk frother never got thick, very runny.

I was really excited for this product but the hot setting does not get that hot and there definitely isn’t a lot of frothing going on. Instructions are easy and it’s user friendly/easy to clean with the removable glass carafe.
