I think today is the 4th? 5th? time I’ve used this since receiving it earlier this week. It was great – quiet, frothed, heated – all the things. Then today when I ran it, after it started up I heard the bearing go and it got LOUD. Like – you-can-hear-it-in-the-next-room kind of loud (grinding). And it didn’t really froth anymore; it was just heating and swirling the milk. Right before it finished, whatever was going on stopped and it got quiet again and tried to froth but failed.I’m returning it. Cannot recommend this item. Boo. I had such high hopes, too.

I was initially pleased with this cute and inexpensive item. Instructions were easy to follow, and the results were perfect. Then for absolutely no reason it simply stopped working. three days of using it once in the morning were followed by sudden death. I do not recommend this product! You will be disappointed!
