Great Froth – hot or cold and easy to use!
We have had several frothers and our latest one started scorching the milk and got harder to clean after only a few months. This one works great, is easy to clean and operate and we are very happy with it. It was also very affordable.The whip became damaged and I contacted the company by email. They responded promptly and sent 2 more whips at no charge. They were very helpful and communicated with me several times to make sure I was satisfied.I would have no reservations buying from them again and recommending this product!

Excellent product and customer support
Love this milk frother. I really like the temperature control feature that goes from 130 to 160. It works fast and is so much better than heating milk on the stove having to watch and stir it. I was struggling with the power button and contacted the seller. I sent them a video showing it was difficult to turn on and they sent me a new one out immediately. Their communication and customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this product and seller.

Pretty good frother
As the headline states, this is a pretty good frother, especially for the price. And if you register it online, the warranty is 2 years.It is pretty quiet and heats the foam/milk appropriately. It also produces a nice thick foam.Two quick watch outs:1) The âbuttonsâ are really like a touch screenâ¦you just barely tap them. If you push, it doesnât work.2) There is a design flaw with the main frothing stirrer. When you put it in, it doesnât click into placeâ¦there is nothing to hold it on. It spins fine, but when we poured out the foam, the stirrer came flying out because it does not latch into place. It made a mess but now that we know we will be more careful.Overall, I would purchase this unit again, especially for the price. We will see how long it lasts with daily use.

about the time we figured out the complicated turn on it quit heating and frothing
well…where do I start? it is pretty difficult to even figure out HOW to use this frother. You have to push the start button, which looks like the other buttons, then push the temperature button a few times to choose the temperature you want the milk, THEN you have to go back to the illusive start button and push it again. after a little pause, which makes you think you’ve pushed the wrong buttons, you may get a froth. The froth was good and thick and hot. I have used this frother for about 3 weeks and now it is not heating the milk nor frothing. I would avoid this option. Manufacturer needs to re work their little machine.

Amazing result, especially for the price
Over the summer, I learned that the difference between a fancy cup of coffee from a cafe and home coffee is mostly frothed milk. I used a cheap frother, which was fine for iced coffee, but it was a rookie mistake to use cold foam milk in hot coffee, because it just made my coffee cold. This machine fixed that problem effortlessy! It is literally easier than a handheld frother, and the result is far better. I use oat milk, and this makes it so fluffy and creamy! It takes less than a minute for perfect milk. I will update if it stops working, but so far so good.

Good Quality…but stir paddle doesn’t work
I’m rating this a 3 because I like the features and quality of the container. The instructions were informative. BUT have to reprogram it each time after lifting it off the base heater. AND there are no instructions on how to get the stirring paddle to stay down. It isn’t heavy enough to stay in place, even with liquid inside. I just end up using the whisk. I have read all the instructions and looked online, including videos…there is nothing on the stirring paddle. They focus on the whisk, and I understand why, there’s no way to use the paddle effectively. The paddle is essentially a useless piece of this product. The whisk does do everything, though. This has made my lattes better and it seems durable. The bottom does get difficult to clean. For the price, you would think all the pieces would work and function properly.
