Update 2.0
I contacted Amazon customer service regarding the spider leg crack on the glass crafe. I was instructed to reach out to the manufacturer with regards to a manufacturers warranty that was still valid. I emailed the seller they requested pictures, I sent the picture and received a new frother in the mail 2 days later. I have a new complete system but only the bottom part over heats and has to cool down in between drinks. I took my new crafe and put it on my old base and it works good.In conclusion; after having this frother for 6+ months and using it daily, it makes the perfect froth when you get one that is not defective. First order: My crafe had a hairline crack that was under the metal ribbon at the top that eventually spread. Second: Base over heats but I do have a new crafe so I can use it for as long as it lasts. Sadly, I don’t think this is a product of longevity. All the markings on my base which indicate the power button is gone, cheap white marker symbols that wore off within 8 weeks of daily use. 2 out of 2 products I received had major operational flaws that will put this frother in the garbage if not corrected by the seller. It’s perfect when you get a good one but for how long is up to debate….UPDATE: In the video I showed where the metal piece is around the top of the glass part of the frother. I started to notice a small crack running under the metal on the glass. It Appears that when the screw was turned to hold the metal piece in place a small spider leg crack that was not visible until now must have happened. (See pics) The crack in the glass has begun to spread up and across the top of the glass crafe. (Like you would see in a windshield) I can not feel the crack inside or on the outside of the crafe but it is spreading and it is very visible. I love this frother but the design of the crafe is not crafted or designed to last. Because of this design flaw I do not reccomend this frother.I have been using this machine for a few months now and I have saved so much money making regular and fancy coffee at home. This frother makes hot and cold froth and hot cocoa. See video for complete demonstration of how the machine works* Its not the fastest but it makes a great froth in 5 minutes. I have reccomended this product to family. I’m going to purchase a few more as gifts for Christmas this year. The only thing that I noticed after a few months is the paint fading off the power button and brown marks on the outside of the glass crafe, just under where the metal band is located, it’s attached to the handle. This is most likely where water got under while washing it. It’s purely cosmetic and does not effect the inside product at all. I only hand wash mine with a cup brush, the small whisk attachment is easily removed for washing. The glass crafe is not thin but I do suggest washing it carefully and not letting it sit where it could fall or hit other dishes because it will break. Cleans up nicely, as seen in the photo.*Cup brush sold separately.

Works so well!
Easy to use and I love that the carafe goes into the dishwasher. Does take a few minutes longer than it takes to brew the coffee – but the froth stays warm.

Easy to use milk warmer
So I love the fact this has 4 settings so it covers people’s likes of lots of foam, little foam, warm milk, or just a cold form. You just push the start button to get it going. I use it to just warm my milk to make me a mocha without foam. I also use a chocolate coco powder for flavor. I put my milk in, hit the start button until i get the warm milk setting, then toss in my powder. It mixes my powder into my milk while heating it. Its so easy to use and also It’s easy to clean. I lived it so much I bought one for a family member.I’m a foofoo coffee drinker so I get coffee for the sweet flavor with a hint of coffee so I used to go to coffee shops all the time. This actually allows me to make my coffee at home at a lesser cost and not having to leave the house to grab a coffee. Highly recommend

Awful- hard to clean and takes too long
We thought we would splurge and get this costly frother but sometimes more money does not necessarily mean a better product. We had a much cheaper one before, and we kept it for a very long time and it worked very well. This one, is nearly impossible to clean all the way. There is a lip around the inside bottom where the metal meets the glass and Milk curdles get inside of that area and you can’t get them out. There’s no way to dismantle the frother to clean it thoroughly so you are stuck with something that probably has floating bacteria and old milk in it. In addition to this, the frothing takes really long in comparison to other frothers we have had.. It’s a nice looking device for the countertop, but definitely not worth the money. Please investigate and find something else. I wish my window to return. It was still open because I certainly would have done that. I waited too long sadly.

Electric Milk Frother
It works very well and I get a nice foam makes my coffee taste delicious. Works better with hot foam, cold foam not so good. Not sure why.It took a little getting used to as far as the amount of almond milk and non dairy creamer to use to get the right consistency . Itâs quiet, easy to clean, easy to use.

More than expected
I bought this Frother because my daughter and I were experimental with late night non-caffeine drinks, and it seemed like it might be a good idea to “froth” the milk. I almost ordered a hand-held device, but this sounded more interesting, and the fact that it heated while frothing (I don’t think it actually “steams”), sound worth a try. My daughter and I were impressed with the simplicity and it automatically turns off at just the right time. There are four different settings. Unfortunately, now my daughter won’t let me play with it. She has taken over, and the frothed drinks are delicious.

Absolutely love this frother
This frother is excellent at frothing milk perfectly. While there are three minor drawbacks, overall itâs a fantastic product that I recommend to anyone who enjoys milk or cream with their drinks. Oh and it makes great hot chocolate!Firstly, the frother doesn’t beep when it’s done, which is a small inconvenience. If you’re not paying attention, the milk just sits there waiting for you. Secondly, if you want to froth another batch, you have to wait for the frother to cool down completely, which can take some time. Lastly, the spinning wheel is detachable, which is great for cleaning, but it always makes me worry about losing it.Despite these minor issues, this frother performs its primary function brilliantly, and I highly recommend it.
