Update: So, my husband looked into the disposal with a flashlight and we found the little frother piece! (Not sure why I thought I should stick my hand in there?) As it turns out, the magnet on it IS actually very strong, and it stuck to the disposal mechanism. It was actually difficult to pull off. BUT when it comes to sticking to the bottom of the frother pitcher, it isn’t very magnetic and so it comes out easily, which is how it fell into the disposal when my son was rinsing it. Like I said, this frother would be perfect if the magnetism to the pitcher was better. Still, I recommend it for it’s other features.Original Post:Excellent frother overall! I love that this doesn’t take forever to heat your milk. Our old frother took at least ten minutes and didn’t make our drinks hot enough. This one is more like five minutes depending on the cycle. I bought it for my daughter and son-in-law and she loved it so much I bought one for our household too! I make golden milk and Matcha lattes A LOT, and it works great. The temperature of the milk is perfect. If the hot chocolate setting is too hot for you , then choose the cappuccino setting (which is what I use for everything). That being said, the little attachments in the middle aren’t very magnetic. Sadly, my son was rinsing it out and the frother piece came out and went down our garbage disposal drain! I even stuck my hand down there to try and find it.We have looked everywhere and it is the only explanation for its disappearance. While we should have been more careful, the fact that the magnet is so weak meant that my son expected the piece to hold and it did not. Now we only have one of the attachments left and it’s the one we don’t like (the frother one). If the magnetism of the little frother piece was stronger, this product would be perfect.

I use it almost every day
I’ve been using this frother for over 6 months now and it is great. I don’t like regular creamer in my coffee so I’d rather not have any coffee than miss out on my frothed milk.The device is easy to use, quick, and doesn’t raise the dead with loud beeps or other operational noises (I’ll also review a different model that I am using at work and its beeps are piercing!).I am not quite sure what the difference between the first two modes is because they seem to deliver the same results; haven’t had the need for any of the others so I can’t comment on those.As with my other frothers, the milk has a big impact on the quality of the foam. Every now and then I get a jug of milk that simply won’t froth properly, no matter what. It’s not a fault of the device; I have yet to experience a lack of nice, dense foam, that is not a result of the milk itself. My only concern is that the tines of the spinner are fairly thin and might break sooner or later.

Reliable, great value, simple but excellent
I decided to upgrade from my old nonstick, cheap frother that broke after a few years. I love having the simple stainless container and the multiple settings, allowing for light foam for lattes without changing the equipment. It makes a lot of foam with the basic (not barista version) of oatmilk perfectly and it seems like this will hold up well over time. Iâve been using it for a month and am delighted to have the upgrade from the $20-35 versions out there that had a nonstick coating versus the cleaner/safer stainless this has. Great purchase – will recommend to others.

Frothed for a week or 2
At first it seemed to froth well. After about 2 weeks it didn’t seem to be frothing much anymore. It mixes and gets things hot. Sometimes after I’ve tried a hot froth setting I can then use the cold froth setting to get a small amount of frothiness.
