Bogs down on big chunks.
Holds a lot. Bigger pieces will need to be cut in half to get started. Still does not give a fine powder. Even if you shake it. I don’t think I would buy it again. However I am using it.

Does what it is needed to do
Bought for my mother because her hands are not strong enough to use a manual one anymore and the battery powered ones would stop working after a month and were hard for her to clean. She uses it like twice a week and charges it every other week. As long as it is not over filled it goes through most herbs. I tested it on fresh herbs that I dried such as rosemary, sage, thyme and some others if the herb has a thick stem it is hard for the grinder to go through it but I had no problem once I removed stem.

Great little pre-grinder
This is a really great grinder to start my herb with. I do a rough chop 5-6 seconds and then transfer to a hand grinder to finish. This does pull a ton of keef off the herb and leaves it along the ridges so I have to clean it regularly to preserve that, but it works well, is easy to charge and use.

Worked the first 2 times I used, not the third. Each use was about 3 months apart.

Iâll say a big no
My wife was looking for a cordless grinder so that she could grind peppers and spices we have dried while she is sitting outside. This one seemed to be what she needed. Very inexpensive and big enough for peppers, and other spices. Well the big no showed right from the beginning. The button to start is on the top with the clear cup on the bottom. The clear cup just falls off. Nothing seems to secure it in place. Yeah you can hold it together but one time with reapers or scorpions and the cup falling off will be a bad day. Not to mention the blade drops out also. No this will not fit our needs if it comes apart so easily.

Nice for bud chopping
It’s not very powerful, if you pack it with buds it won’t be able to start turning. Use fewer buds, though, and it does a pretty nice job of chopping them into a size suitable for rolling. You still need to remove some pieces of stem, but you’d need to do that any with most methods.It’s not an expensive product, and seems to be built pretty well, but it’s new to me so I don’t know how long it will last. Considering all that, I decided to give it the full 5 stars.
