Easy to use.
Getting hard to grind Salt and Pepper by hand (old Arthr has set in). I highly recommend these !Just turn them upside down and VOILA! You have freshly ground salt or pepper.

Product customer service
Bought these in Sept. Within a little over a month, one started to not work. Appeared to be a battery connection. Refund time had passed. Reached out to the supplier,they replied within 24 hours and promptly sent a replacement. Great customer service!

These are great! I bought a set for my husband and my daughterâs boyfriend. They work great. Does not come with salt or pepper and they each take six batteries so that was an added cost.
