Works Well and Holds Up Over Time
This is my second time buying a coffee grinder and I have been pleasantly surprised at how long this one has held up and continues to do a great job (my previous grinder was a different brand and style). I grind a lot of coffee beans for home brewing and this grinder is easy to use, doesn’t make as big of a mess as most, and has held up very well. Good value!

UPDATE – From Meh to I’m happy
UPDATE- 1) DO NOT use a spritzing of water on the beans, it’ll just make a gloopy mess. 2) Not sure what happened, but the grind dial is now working. Maybe using it a few times “unstuck” it. idk I can grind my courser grind for my electric perk. 2 notches above horizontal max setting seems to be the perfect size for my perk. I still end up with a quite a bit of coffee bean “dust” and the “14” (max setting) grind time isn’t enough, but adding a “6” grind time afterwards gives me the correct amount. I’m much happier with this product now, adding 2 more stars = 4 stars.I gave my good grinder to my daughter for college and decided to replace it with a less expensive one. You get what you pay for. 18 precise settings and they are all for espresso. I have a perk and wanted large granules. No matter the setting I get a fine grind. This is most likely due to the motor spinning the grinder too fast. I do want to point out though that even at this super fine grind even though I set it to the âlargestâ setting, fresh ground coffee is always superior to pre-ground coffee. Also I read that slightly wet coffee beans do better in cheaper grinders, so Iâll give that a go next grind.

Stopped working 2 days after return window closed!!!
This grinder doesn’t seem to grind the same amount every time. The amount of time and amount of coffee seems to vary from morning to morning. I also see no difference in the coarseness of the grind regardless of the setting. Just quit working altogether!! TOTAL GARBAGE!! I resent it stopped working 2 days after the “return window” closed…!!!!!

Kind of messy grind container.
I like the unit overall. However, so far after one use the ground coffee container can best be described as quite messy.I get the fact that most of these type of grinders are built similarly. Meaning, that the ground coffee containers in the unit are fashioned with an extremely small opening for the grinds to come through from the grinder part of the machine.Where the problem comes in at is that this leaves grinds at that opening and adheres to the lid that comers the ground coffee container and when you go to disperse the ground coffee coffee grounds go everywhere.So far after one use the unit works fine. I just wish that the ground coffee container part of the unit was designed better.
