Usual excellent Duralex product. Lovely elegant shape glasses although obviously robust. Thoroughly messed about over delivery though – I’m a Prime Customer ordering hundreds of items a year expecting delivery of same through the Amazon logistic network – I pay for that. Now Amazon have started inexplicably using Royal Mail for some deliveries, who obviously cannot deliver “today by 10pm” as stated by Amazon as they simply don’t operate at that time! This is the third item in a week I’ve ordered which has missed it’s delivery date – one of them a child’s birthday present. Very annoyed and disappointed at this seemingly new development. What’s going on Amazon?

Nice glasses and great customer support
One of the glasses came with a flaw. I got in touch with the company and sent a picture of the glass with the problem. They immediately fixed the problem. I had ordered 6 glasses with the my original order and after contacting them they sent me 6 glasses which are all perfect. The glasses are nice looking and appear to be very sturdy. Great customer service.!

Love them
I bought the 10 and 12 ounce glasses recently and Iâm very happy with them. Theyâre beautiful, a good weight and feel good in my hand. They arrived well packed and intact. I will go back to get the larger size.The price is the only negative that I can see but theyâre so solid that they should last a long time.

Excellent Glassware quality and design
These 12 ounce tumblers are quality made and will last for years. I subtracted one star because the factory packaging is not strong enough or cushioned enough to prevent shipping damage. Mine were fortunately not damaged, so Iâm pleased. I appreciate the conservative of trees and resources being considered, but for this particular heavy glassware it should be more robust. Both carton tabs arrived broken.

After many years, broke a couple of these glasses, so purchased more and happy with them.

Perfect every day glass
We have been getting away from all plastics in the kitchen to do what we can to reduce microplastics. These are very nice for casual everyday dining. Great in dishwasher. Perfectly useful and great price.

Defective & Dangerous product.
Arrived smashed into a million pieces. Looks like others have had issues with them exploding. From my experience working in a glassblowing shop, I suspect this is due to improperly annealing the glass. Impossible to safely return it for a refund, as I’ve been required to do. Very disappointing and a waste of money.
