Well built, ceramic with no aftertaste, the lid is excellent feature to keep coffee from spilling though itâs not a true leak proof (canât get that with all ceramic anyway), also microwave safe and keeps coffee relatively hot.

The cup is beautiful, and will work quite well. The lid is an issue (hence 3 stars). Every-time the lid is removed the seal section comes apart so you have to put it together all over again. Itâs a bit odd, but the cup is beautiful otherwise.

Doesn’t hold the heat as good as another travel mug I have made of stainless steel and you have to take care when commuting with it since it’s made of ceramic, but it’s beautiful, elegant, heavy and since it’s ceramic, the coffee tastes so much better!

I’ve been waiting for this to become available again. I like this travel mug a lot; tea always tastes weird in the metal ones. Love the size (16 oz), no handle fits better in cup holders, lid is snug & easy to open/close one-handed, no metal so microwavable. NOT insulated, but tea is still a good temp after 1.5 hours. Will leak a little sometimes during brewing; not spill-proof. This is my 2nd one – first one’s glaze cracked inside across bottom & up the side after about a year – still holds a drink, but some liquid transfers to the space between walls & I worry about mold, etc. Pics show cracking & of course glaze is different from mug to mug.

Falls short in many ways
I wanted a ceramic travel mug that fits the car cupholders. These are not easy to find, but I thought I’d try this one. My findings:Positive- it fits the car cupholders- no impact on coffee flavorNegative- it doesn’t keep coffee warm very long. The outside surface gets hot, indicating that coffee heat is escaping.- The lid is not leakproof, of course. I expected that, but I didn’t expect the lid to splash coffee out while driving, even with the cup only 3/4 full.- the mouth opening on the lid is large, leading to more spills while drinking and driving. This is the worst part of the mug.- it’s heavy.I’ve replaced it with an Ello mug that is far better in every respect.

Great for iced coffee! Looks great. Feels good!
Love this mug. The lid isn’t good. But I had plenty of other kids from other tumblers that fit pertectly. The white port at the bottom comes off so you can add hot water to it to help insulate the drink, this white plug which holds the water also keeps condensation from dripping out. It fits in normal sized cup holders. It’s solid but of course it’s a little more fragile because it’s all ceramic.

Perfect design for the most part. Sip port a shade too big, hot drinks cool rapidly.
I love the design of the cover on this mug. It’s the only one I could find that seats within the cup, doesn’t have grooves that collect residue and are hard to clean, and doesn’t have writing on it that is distracting, especially on a conference video. Not to mention why have lettering anywhere on a cup or clothing, really. If anyone actually tries to read the writing on a cup or clothing it comes off as creepy or rude.That said, the half-moon port through which liquid flows probably should be 1/3 of the size or less, as having that big a space leads to spills around the mouth. The workaround is to keep the port mostly closed when drinking, but that does feel a bit awkward. Also a hot drink has only about a half hour staying power at best before it’s fairly cool again. The advantage here is that the mug is microwaveable, and a hot drink is probably not as good for the teeth anyway.I think the simplicity of the lid leads to much easier cleaning – the singular design of the mug and lid is beautiful in its appeal, without distracting writing anywhere on it.

Attractive mug but not a good design, but not convenient.
This cup is heavy, even empty. With coffee inside it’s to hot to handle, and when lifted out of car holder spills all over. I’m sorry I purchased this cup. I bought it because it was dishwasher safe and could be placed in the microwave. Very disappointing !!

Good quality, exactly what I wanted
I always prefer ceramic cups for my coffee because they don’t impart any flavor, but good ceramic travel cups can be hard to come by. I love this mug because it’s ceramic, the lid is nice, seems to seal well, the cup looks nice, is comfortable to hold and fits in my truck’s cup holder perfectly. Double wall insulation makes it slightly heavy when full, but not too bad, but works well to keep coffee warm for a while. This is the perfect travel mug for me!
