Well built, ceramic with no aftertaste, the lid is excellent feature to keep coffee from spilling though itâs not a true leak proof (canât get that with all ceramic anyway), also microwave safe and keeps coffee relatively hot.

The cup is beautiful, and will work quite well. The lid is an issue (hence 3 stars). Every-time the lid is removed the seal section comes apart so you have to put it together all over again. Itâs a bit odd, but the cup is beautiful otherwise.

Perfect design for the most part. Sip port a shade too big, hot drinks cool rapidly.
I love the design of the cover on this mug. It’s the only one I could find that seats within the cup, doesn’t have grooves that collect residue and are hard to clean, and doesn’t have writing on it that is distracting, especially on a conference video. Not to mention why have lettering anywhere on a cup or clothing, really. If anyone actually tries to read the writing on a cup or clothing it comes off as creepy or rude.That said, the half-moon port through which liquid flows probably should be 1/3 of the size or less, as having that big a space leads to spills around the mouth. The workaround is to keep the port mostly closed when drinking, but that does feel a bit awkward. Also a hot drink has only about a half hour staying power at best before it’s fairly cool again. The advantage here is that the mug is microwaveable, and a hot drink is probably not as good for the teeth anyway.I think the simplicity of the lid leads to much easier cleaning – the singular design of the mug and lid is beautiful in its appeal, without distracting writing anywhere on it.

Attractive mug but not a good design, but not convenient.
This cup is heavy, even empty. With coffee inside it’s to hot to handle, and when lifted out of car holder spills all over. I’m sorry I purchased this cup. I bought it because it was dishwasher safe and could be placed in the microwave. Very disappointing !!

I loved the look , weight and feel of the cup. Lid fits perfectly. Coffee taste the best Iâve ever home brewed! Excellent cup! Definitely need a couple more..; )

Likes:Double WallVery durable and the mug came in amazing foam to protect the mug during transit.Concerns:a tiny bit heavy side but that is not a major concern.Lacks a good grip so if you are not mindful well knock on wood doesn’t happen. But if we are mindful no problem.Updated: Doesn’t Heat up quick enough. It takes a very long time to heat up. Unless you are pouring piping hot liquid this doesn’t warm your hands. So if you want a mug that warm your hands this isn’t it sadly.Kept or Returned?Updated: Sadly doesn’t heat up quick enough the person this was given wanted to return it. I like the design of the mug, it’s easy to hold, doesn’t burn my hand, seems sturdy. I don’t have an issue with the opening as others have commented. I make a smaller opening that is conforable for me and I can easily drink my coffee. It has a good flow too. The only thing that made me give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that when I received it, I could hear broken pieces inside the mug. There are no cracks on the outside nor the inside, but when I shake the mug, I hear it. I removed the anti-slip part at the bottom to see if the broken pieces would fall, but they’re not in there. They seem to be inside the mug, must be hollow inside, maybe to help the outter part to stay cool to the touch. Other than that, I like the mug very much and my coffee tastes great! It’s a little heavy, but to be expected with the material used and I don’t mind.

Doesn’t hold the heat as good as another travel mug I have made of stainless steel and you have to take care when commuting with it since it’s made of ceramic, but it’s beautiful, elegant, heavy and since it’s ceramic, the coffee tastes so much better!

My favorite to-go mug of all time!!!
I am buying this for the 3rd time! My first purchase was many years ago from a local close-out store, and when it fell and cracked, I was so disappointed… but then elated to find it existed on Amazon! I use it all the time – it’s my favorite to-go mug! I love how beautiful it is, holds a lot of coffee (>14 oz?), fits in my car cup holder, and stays hot for a reasonable time. Just recently, it got knocked off the table at the dog park and broke, which also broke my heart until I learned it is still available!!!
