something is wrong with the design, nightmare don’t waste your money
something is wrong with their internal design. 1 out of 6 (used 48 so far) will clog and back fill the head unit on the Kurig spilling coffee all over your counter and making a mess of your machine. just so it is understood. my wife also uses the same machine and uses Starbucks French roast. machine is 3 years old, we buy bulk of the Starbucks at Costco. approximately 1,500 Starbucks French roast run through the machine and not a single failure ever! 2nd one of these products overflowed coffee all over the kitchen counter. I thought thats crazy. cleaned up the mess, big mess and started over. this one worked fine. Wanted a second cup of coffee, and another mess all over the counter and machine. They need to work on the internal membrane and stop the clogging. What I have to do now is, I bought one of those do it yourself Kurig filters, cut these open and pour into the do it yourself and it works fine. will never buy these again. extremely poor quality control and design materials. save yourself, buy another brand. Update 5/10 finishing my last box of the order. down to only 1 in 3 that will work. the rest just spill all over the counter and flood the machine. save yourself! keep in mind, I have several other brands K-cups we are using in our Kurig and maybe 1 out of 100 has an issue if that. This is 1 out of 3 is bad and floods the machine and counter top.
