Looks the same but does not sit correctly in the Cuisinart coffee maker. Returned.

Perfect fit, quality replacement
My trusty grind-and-brew is entering its 10 year of service. I am happy that I can find replacement parts for it as it still performs admirably. I have replaced the carafe and clear plastic cap for the grinder. The grinder is on its last leg though and this one fits perfectly. I am keeping the old in in service for now but this one seems to be as sturdy as the original one.

Poorly milled – will not seat in grinder mechanish
Visually this looks exactly the same as the original part but, when placed in the coffeemaker, got stuck and would not seat on the motor extension. A visual inspection just shows the part is not milled to the necessary tolerance so had to return.

Doesnât fit.
Couldnât get it to seat down onto my Cuisinart DGB-550GRD. Unfortunately on both grinder baskets I purchased, the material thickness was a bit too thick to sit in place properly. Truly wished it was a good fit.

Too tight to seat in coffee maker
I read reviews before purchasing and decided to give it a try. Hoped I would be lucky enough for it to work properly. Unfortunately after numerous tries and getting it stuck because it was entirely too tight I had to give up and return. It LOOKS like it is the right product but no way to seat in machine so it will actually grind coffee 🙁

Iâll probably return. Itâs eating the inside of my coffee maker. Total junk. Says exactly fits what I have. Not. Total piece of garbage.
