Great super automatic.
This is a great machine and the first we have had of this kind. It has a bit of a learning curve coming from a regular coffee pot and stand alone grinder. I do wish the coffee would come out hotter than it does but I have learned to adjust to that as well as being more cautious of what beans go in the machine. It makes ok coffee but shines in everything else. I will say try different beans and stick to the one that is to your taste. I watched several videos on how to dial down the details as I wasn’t getting the right flavor, was bitter, warm, grind number, puck weight and how to break in the machine. Once I got all that down, it is a simple button press for my wife or myself and we can get consistently awesome espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos. We’ll worth the money and don’t have to leave the house.

Excellent Products but Be Patient….
An outstanding product. Makes fantastic espresso and latte drinks. Can make a simple cup of coffee as well. The size of the unit is surprisingly compact for the power it has. The instruction manual is, however, a little difficult to follow and was written with Metric measurements vs. Imperial. Would be a good idea to have a conversion noted in the instructions. The first few coffees are “hit and miss” which is to be expected. The versatility of the machine makes experimentation necessary. If there’s one draw back it’s the noise! This machine grinds coffee beans before brewing and dispensing the beverage and the noise of the grinder can be a bit loud. Also, the machine does a “purge” of water before and after brewing which causes an amount of water to come out of the drip nozzles and into the drip tray which then becomes a challenge to empty. Realizing this, I found a small cup under the drip nozzles at startup and shutdown catches the water saving the drip pan challenge. The water tub is adequate and easily removed, however, reinserting it with a full capacity of water can get a bit messy! Still, I am pleased with the product and, in time with trial and error, anticipate I’ll be making Coffee Quality drinks!!

J’utilise cette machine depuis 2 ans. Aucun défaut à constater.Il suffit de bien l’entretenir et la nettoyer.Si vous ne nettoyer pas correctement de temps en temps la carafe de lait et tout son système alors en effet, le lait sortira liquide et non mousseux.Il suffit de bien lire son mode d’emploi et ses instructions et cette machine fonctionnera comme au 1er jour même après 2 ans.Dommage de ne pas pouvoir annuler le système de détartrage tous les 6 mois. J’ai un adoucisseur d’eau donc pas de calcaire mais je dois détartrer la machine sinon le voyant de détartrage reste allumé. Je le fais sans mettre de produit détartrant du coup. Pour la garantie, il vaut mieux faire le détartrage.La machine consomme beaucoup d’eau. Je récupère l’eau pour arroser les plantes.

Die Maschine bietet eine für den Alltag ausreichende Auswahl an Kaffeespezialitäten, die sich dank der 7 Direktwahltasten ganz einfach zubereiten lassen. Egal ob Cappuccino, Espresso oder andere Kreationen – die Zubereitung ist schnell, und der Geschmack ist auf den Punkt.Besonders schätze ich das LatteCrema Milchsystem, das perfekt aufgeschäumte Milch für Cappuccino und Latte Macchiato liefert. Auch die 2-Tassen-Funktion ist äußerst praktisch, wenn man gleichzeitig zwei Kaffees zubereiten möchte.Die Reinigung des Geräts gestaltet sich denkbar einfach. Vor allem die herausnehmbare Brühgruppe ist ein großer Pluspunkt, da sie sich schnell und unkompliziert reinigen lässt. So bleibt die Maschine hygienisch sauber, ohne großen Aufwand.Kurz gesagt: Ein nützliches und leistungsstarkes Gerät, das sowohl in Bezug auf den Kaffeegeschmack als auch in der Bedienung und Pflege überzeugt.
