Love this machine!
Excellent coffee and specialty espresso drinks! Easy to setup and use! Produces a superior coffee experience that is simply delicious! Purchased this to replace my Krups super automatic coffee/ espresso maker after it died with many years of excellent use. I was afraid I wouldnât find a comparable coffee experience after trying a couple similar coffee espresso makers without success. This machine performed as promised! No leaks, sleek design, easy to clean, and most importantly the delicious coffee straight from whole beans with a foamy top! So worth every penny!

Great machine!
I have used this machine for about two weeks now and enjoy it very much. Assembly was easy and the functions are also quickly mastered. I have tried a variety of drinks (hot and cold) and all are very tasty. The machine cleans itself before and after usage and prompts for more deep cleanings and maintenance when required. I am very pleased with it so far.

Returned, not a great machine
We purchased this machine and gave it the “old college try” for several weeks. This was our take:-Preheating a mug, the milk does not get hot enough. So latte’s are cold quickly.-The machine pulls what looks like a good espresso shot, but they are generally more bitter than we like (and yes, we’ve tried A LOT of beans).-Water usage is VERY high.-The interface is less than ideal. It is slow. Changing detailed settings from your phone can take 1+ minute or longer. It makes setting up new beans a BIG, BIG chore, as again, it takes forever.-Adjusting the hot water level, for an americano for example, is challenging. It must be done from the app, and you are reliant on a slider, no way to input a specific quantity. Pretty annoying for the engineer in me.

Expensive yet worth it
Iâve been using the Eletta for about a week. It is fairly easy to use, you will still encounter some trials and errors. It makes great coffee, but I wish it was hotter because I like my coffee to be the temperature of the sun. It is extremely well made and user friendly. Cleaning is also a breeze and that was very important to me. The filter feels like it doesnât attach properly until you put the top back on. Overall, if you account for how often you buy expensive coffee, you can justify the cost of this machine. Itâs like having a barista at home so you get value for your money. Iâm very happy so far with the purchase.

I adore this machine.
It makes drinking coffee so much more enjoyable. It was a bit overwhelming at first but the online screen prompts are hugely helpful. I have tried many of the coffee types and they are so good. I have not yet figured out how to connect to my phone but I was told that there is a video to help. If there is a con, it’s that you need to have a container at the ready for the cleaning process. I wish that they would have provided a nice looking one since it really needs to be out all the time.

The best part of waking up
Very easy to use. Makes amazing coffee. I went from Kuring to drip and now this. Also, you will make friends and be known as the person with delicious coffee. Use good quality beans. I recommend danesi classic.

Sheâs a beaut, Clark!
I LOVE THIS MACHINE. I now get to have a spectacular cup of coffee every morning. It took a few tries to decide what âmyâ drink is. Turns out I like the âcoffeeâ option. This was a surprise to me because I expected to want an americano or latteâ¦ but my daughter gets excited about those, so a win all around. I do wish the water reservoir was bigger. The machine rinses itself every time it turns on and off, so 1) not all the water goes to drinks and 2) youâll want a nice cup to live under the spout (see photo – mine sits nicely on top when the machine is in use) or else the rinse water runs into the drip tray which seems odd to me, but not a big deal.

Overall love it!
The coffee drinks and espresso taste great and itâs super easy to operate and adjust to the taste you prefer. The coffee and espresso come out hot on the hottest setting, however like others have mentioned the milk only gets a little warm- when using straight out of the fridge. If you warm up the milk for 30 sec in the microwave and/ or make sure your cup is warm first before using itâll come out hot. I do agree with the other reviewers though that at this price point, it should come out hotter. Overall itâs a good quality machine and Iâm really happy with my purchase.
